Watch "Taken for a fool" by The Strokes

Big fan of The Strokes, but haven't really listened to their new album. Honestly, it takes me like a couple a years to adjust to each album, I have no idea why. And from what I've heard, a lot of fans were not very happy with the way the album was constructed... for the lack of a better word.

But as all good pop bands, they have come out with a new single, and now there is even a video. So go have a watch, and then forget about it until you're bored at a youtube party and make other people watch it.

At least the song sounds good. Apparently influenced by Elvis Costello, but I'm not sure where they're getting the frame of reference for that one here. The vocal melody is everywhere for this, but some parts are pretty decent.
