Big Troubles - Misery
The problem with a lot of Slumberland releases is that a lot of time, it's freaking depressing. It basically feels like being in a whale aquarium, sitting around for hours, wishing you had a special whale watching buddy next to you. Sad huh?
Well thankfully these guys, and Veronica Falls, are totally going to make Slumberland so much better now. These guys especially have a much more of a happy go lucky, power pop feel, while still maintaining that indie pop jangle that hipsters love. With quick, precise songs, the band leaves you wanting more, kind of like a warm batch of cookies.
