"I'm not gonna teach your boyfriend how to dance with you" by Black Kids

Black Kids - I'm not gonna teach your boyfriend how to dance

Two things:
1. I know we've been kind of out of the loop recently, and really that's just horrible, and I'm sorry. But we're back now, so yeah!
2. I'm not racist.

I want you to remember those two things before I introduce the band today.

A bit synth-pop, a bit indie-pop, but mostly as a reminder of the disco revival that's going about these days, Black Kids are from Jacksonville, Florida, which I hear, is a very racist place, but mostly towards foreigners, so don't go there if you don't speak English... like a cracker.

This songs got Jazz fingers written all over them, and I'm not quite sure what I mean by that, but I think you get it. A lot of awesome bass riffs going on in the background, some nice poly-beats and some girls chanting as well. The synth-everything works pretty well in this song and thanks to the structure of the song, it's all very dance repetitive and no nonsense. It's a lot like what you would expect from Abba if Abba wasn't full of Swedes.

Anyway, this song is from the album "Partie Traumatic" which I might even do a review of sometime. And what's up with the band these days? I dunno....

I was going to skip on the video, but I thought I should share this glory as well.
