Real Estate - It's Real
To celebrate their new album Real Estate has released a track that sounds pretty ripe for the summer. Still in tune with their jangly psyche-pop nature, but now with better balances on all their instruments, this is clearly the mark of sophomore work.
I'm not doubting the rest of the new album will probably be as bleak and a downer as their old one, but this sure is a peppy tune. Martin Courtney's voice is very melancholy here, but the drums and guitars really put up a fight to push in some energy, which makes a great balance. Can't wait for their new album.
